Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of USA Drafting Services and website usadraftingservices.com. By submitting project, placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
1. Services
USA Drafting Services provides CAD drafting and documentation services. The scope of each project is defined in project brief or written agreement confirmed prior to commencement. Services are provided for informational and construction documentation purposes only and do not constitute licensed engineering or architectural services unless otherwise specified.
2. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely project information. USA Drafting Services is not liable for errors resulting from incomplete, inaccurate or conflicting information provided by client. The client is responsible for verifying that all drawings comply with local jurisdiction requirements and obtaining all required professional reviews, stamps and permits.
3. Revisions
Revisions within the original agreed scope are included at no additional charge. Scope or changes, additional drawings significant modifications to the original brief are subject to additional fees, which will be quoted and approved in advance.
4. Turnaround and Delivery
Quoted turnaround times are estimates based on standard project complexity and are confirmed at the time of project intake. USA Drafting Services will notify the client promptly of any delays. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete client information or third-party factors outside our control.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due per the agreed schedule, typically 50% at project commencement and 50% upon delivery for one-time projects. Monthly package fees are billed at the start of each billing cycle. Late payments may result in project hold or suspension. All fees are in US dollars.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the delivered drawings for use in their intended project. USA Drafting Services retains the right to reference delivered work in its portfolio (with client permission) and to retain copies for quality assurance purposes. Clients may not resell or license drawings to third parties without written consent.
7. Confidentiality
All project information shared with USA Drafting Services is treated as confidential. We will not disclose project details, plans, or specifications to any third party without client consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
USA Drafting Services' liability for any claim arising from the services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to lost profits, project delays caused by permit rejections, or costs arising from construction errors based on client-supplied information.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed prior to termination are non-refundable. Monthly package subscribers may cancel with 30 days written notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of [State], United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
